After almost being ran over by a massive Front Loader Tractor with a flag man, because the operator was completely checked out into his phone as he was driving through Pepper park parking lot. Absolutely unacceptable and hazardous to the safety of all people in the park, thank goodness I am not a child otherwise I don't think anyone would have seen them.
