I had a terrible experience at this salon today. The nail technician was careless with the tools and cut my cuticle, causing an open, bleeding wound. Accidents can happen, but instead of apologizing, the technician actually blamed me for the cut. Then called the police because I was refused a manager. The nerve of them. I left, cleaned, & disinfected my own cut. All they wanted was money. Unbelievable how they come to this place, bully, & pretend to have customer service, but ain’t a piece of heart on what they do. Nails popped off in 2 weeks.. design could have been better.. over priced for the work they do … I will never come back here
Got done on for mother's day weekend they came off before the weekend was even done
