Courteous, diligent, knowledgeable, patient and informative.
Victor talked me through the problem over the phone. Was able to get my furnace running again before the tech Wayne arrived. Wayne went over the furnace with me there and found an issue with the venting which he corrected to prevent future concerns. Wayne also found an issue with the thermostat which was fixed as well. Great customer service all the way around.
As always, Victor did a great job.
