We were switching from oil to gas and Dennis talked to us about the benefits of a heat pump system. We did some research and it clearly made sense for what we were looking to do. They truly took care of me during a much-needed time when I was jammed up, and I really appreciate how professional, helpful, and compassionate the entire team was throughout the process. Everyone at this company is dedicated to customer service. Constant updates about where and how far away my technician was and when he would arrive, thorough service that was well explained and a sound service plan going forward that will keep us comfortable year round. Wish I found D&L sooner. So much time and money wasted on people who have no idea what Geothermal is.
Vic came out and serviced our air unit and compressor. He is great at his job and we appreciate his professionalism!
