David was excellent to work with. He actively steered me away from opportunities that I would have otherwise gone for, imparting his expert opinion on getting the best deal while being client first. Post offer approval he Shepard all items for the deal pre and post close to ensure the home was in great shape. The seller agent was also great. Strongly recommend.
David and his team are knowledgeable in Seattle and the greater area. I highly recommend using on the buy or sell side as I have worked with him on both.
