Hands down, the best automotive shop in South Florida. They treat you like nothing but family here. The team here is efficient and stand behind their work. HIGHLY recommend 10/10.
It was very disappointing, they had my vehicle for 3 hours, received a call that the issue with the transmission was an easy fix, then another call to take the car to a dealer. This was a conversation with 3 staff members, not sure who dropped the ball, but it was a waste of time and energy. A simple, "we don't fix transmissions" upon my arrival would've been the more professional. Well, at least I left with a cup of coffee, the only thing that really worked for me. 😆
Excellent service and great price
Loyal customer since 2022. Will never go back after finding out they intentionally kept messing with my car just so I can come back to get it fixed again & again. I work remote and my car is a 2018 luxury premium Cadillac ATS. Great condition. Barely drive it! Anytime I took it to Carlos something else would be wrong when I got it back. My boyfriend’s brother experienced the same thing; he would get his truck back and something else would be wrong with it. Do not trust this establishment. They are scam artists.
