Horrible company. They steal money from you. They don’t communicate. They don’t fix anything. They play you and than run with ur money.

This company is the most unprofessional thieves I've ever came across. There trying to steal my tenants security deposit and threaten to not send my rental income to me. I now have to report them to the board of realtors. This company should be shut down very unethical.
Unprofessional. Condescending. Unscrupulous place of business. The quality of your experience with this property management company is strictly based on the initial quality of the property you lease, and unbeknownst to you the financial relationship the owner has with the company. My lease was up 07/31/2016. I was fully out and cleaned up by 07/29/2016. It's now 10/10/2016 and I have yet to receive my security deposit back! I have been given the "run-around" 2 months whenever I have contacted the company in regards to my refund. "Checks in the mail", never shows. Reissued a new check to be mailed to me (at which point a $40 fee was assessed), never shows. We needed to rent a larger home for our idiot kids who moved out then came back... and found a very nice house managed by DK Rentals. We signed an agreement to rent the house, put down a $1,000 deposit and went about our business, ready to sign the lease in two weeks. Four days later, my wife was diagnosed with Cancer. In the next 10 days, we spent over $6,000 in medical bills (that's WITH insurance) and found that we could no longer step up to a larger house. I rented a house from them paid my rent on time even with a gas leak for the first 3 months of my residency. Cleaned up the property and they send me a bill for 3,200 in damages when the damages existed prior to me living there. They are out to keep your deposit and they don't fix anything in a timely manner or with real professional services all bootleg maintenance. Worst company ever!! Run fast

The staff at DK Rentals is amazing! They were very friendly and made my moving experience worthwhile. Todd Reid was very helpful in assisting me with everything. Bill Lane was also exceptional.
