Don’t waste your time with them. We rented from them for 6 years, it was awful they don’t ever want to fix anything. They just don’t care about their tenants. I would legit go anywhere else. After the way they do their tenants I wouldn’t trust purchasing from them either.
All I did was go and look at a place yesterday and was disgusted. They didn’t even try to hide the strong weed odor. Black mold on the ceiling. Cockroaches crawling down the walls. Yeah, no thanks. Not to mention reading some of their replies under reviews.. do you all just expect people to live like this because we are living in desperate times and your apartments are “cheap”? Affordable shouldn’t mean surrendering yourself to health issues from black mold and living in filth because of landlords not fixing cockroach issues... read more
These people are absolutely immoral. We terminated our lease early, paid for two months we did not live there and kept their property in tip top shape. In return, they took our safety deposit. Stay away from these people. They are not moral or honest. By the way… they just took $1600 from a widowed woman, with no other reason than greed.
