I am sure that all of the positive reviews are warranted IF you are buying from DK or having repairs. And I agree, they were very nice when I was in there. HOWEVER, DO NOT take your jewelry to them if you want to sell it. I had the experience that I found others have had…they’ll give you a ridiculous low ball offer that borders on insulting. I took a 1 carat diamond ring, 4 other rings, a pendant/chain, and a couple of earrings to DK. And then waited 2 weeks to finally receive (what I knew to be) an insulting offer. Based on... read more
