Called to get some info on mens hair pieces, and the lady on the phone sounded like she couldn't care less to help me. She literally referred me to HairClub, which just connects you to a national call center and is lacking in personal service. They also have horrible reviews. Starting the process of this is extremely intimidating, especially as a man, so thank you for your horrible customer service when I asked for a consult. Don't bother.
Lisa Duncan was FABULOUS!! She took the time to find a variety of wig styles for me to choose from. After my selection was made, she spent time, and was willing to assist me with a few minor adjustments. And, suggested care tips, and product recommendations. I so appreciated every minute! Thank You!
First time going to DK Salon. I had Lisa she was very informative, I got a hair cut and color and products. This is now my go to place thank you Lisa
Lisa is awesome! She is knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. She took the time to listen and not pushy at all. I love the personal attention and time. I would highly recommend her services!!!
UPDATE: my opinion has completely change!! I have been working with Lisa for the last couple of weeks and she has more than made up for my unpleasant experience. I am very pleased with the new hairpiece and look forward to wearing it. Thank you Lisa! I ordered a hairpiece last July, unfortunately I have not seen anything yet. I understand that things are difficult during the pandemic, but I feel like I have been patient and need an update.
