Been going here 25 years as an interior designer and they gave me the wrong sizes of finials and wont do a simple exchange. They have lost my business forever.
Don't waste your time. It took 6 months for me to receive my package and then it arrived damaged. I lost my customer because of this.
Be aware when shipping. They provide a shipping quote at time of sale and then call next day to attempt charging significantly more. Not the customer service claimed for sure
Seriously if I could give them 0 stars I would, they don't even deserve this 1 star. After over a week of placing an order I had tried to call multiple times and I would either get a voicemail (left a message and never received a call back) or I would be put on hold and eventually just being hung up on after about 20 minutes waiting for a customer service rep.
