Only 1 person was at the downtown location she was vey nice and helpful her attention to 1 person at a time was easily distracted so my needs and transactions were interrupted multiple times. The store is an absolute wreck it looked like it had been bombed ? However she was able to find what I needed the prices are comparable.
Service wasn't good
Whatever you do do not order anything from this company, they don't speak English
Been going here 25 years as an interior designer and they gave me the wrong sizes of finials and wont do a simple exchange. They have lost my business forever.
