2 stars because staff was nice and knowledgeable, I took advantage of the first time visit for $22 , on the phone she went through what to expect the first visit (exam, consult , adjustment) first visit I wasn't adjusted & dr said sorry for the miscommunication, I'm already uncomfortable with my neck problems as is and so I booked 2 days later for the adjustment since it came with the intro . I’ve been seeing Dr Kwak since I got back from California. I got hurt on a sledding accident. I fractured three toes sprained the upper part of my right foot and hurt my lower back. It’s been a year an three months. I referred my grand children they have autism and ADHD. It’s helping small steps at a time. Serena an her assistant are very caring. I enjoy getting adjusted it make my life much easier in performing daily task.
I have also been sceptical about having my neck cracked. I was having pain in my neck and shoulder for over a year. My sister told me about Dr. Kwak's approach. I didn't believe it at first. As he gently manipulated my neck, I could instantaneously feel the tension and pain go away. Awesome.
I highly recommend DK Chiropractic and Dr. Kwak. I have been a patient for a number of years and have been completely satisfied with the care from Dr. Kwak and his friendly and very helpful office staff.
