We have gone to DJ’s on many occasions even though it is a 2 hour drive to Lancaster for us! We have always had wonderful experiences & great food! We were camping & decided to visit DJ’s again with our 15 year old dog. The staff were amazing with him! Lucy even brought a chair over just for him! She brought water in a cup over for him! Not dog friendly even though they have you think so. Manager was extremely rude and arrogant to me. We were put in a corner and told to sit on the side of the bench so my 10 1/2 lb. dog would not bother the patrons. My dog did not bother a soul and was good, but let out a couple barks when she saw children (one time). The manager was at my table in a flash, interrupting my meal, to tell me if I can’t control my dog I would have to leave. I was appalled at the tone and way she talked down to me (72 years old).
