Derek truly saved the day! After calling several plumbers who didn’t want to deal with our stubborn old gas water heater, he showed up ready to help. He went above and beyond troubleshooting every possible fix, calling around for parts and solutions, and answering my questions along the way. We had a plumbing emergency with a leaking pipe. I called Derek and he came within an hour. He quickly assessed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. He is very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He went over and above our expectations and fixed another plumbing problem as well. We are so thankful to Derek as he made my elderly mother so happy her leaking ceiling was fixed:) He is the best plumber I’ve dealt with and will use him in the future and refer him to my friends.
