Had a waste pipe break on top floor of my house which flooded the lower level. Needed someone to come next morning right after water restoration team finished up. DJ’s answered immediately and said they would put me first on the schedule. Ultimately I ended up going with my regular plumber, who got back to me later, because I try to give repeat business when I find someone good, but was very impressed with the responsiveness of DJ’s.
We've used DJ twice. First for an emergency. He came out asap, immediately spotted and fixed our problem (burst pipe due to freezing). Then we used him to replace our water heater. He did good work at a reasonable price both times, and I will call him again for our next plumbing needs.
I would not recommend him. He was consistently late, did not have a grasp of the problem, and when he did show up, he brought a young child with him. After many chances, I fired him.
