Went in to the Monticello DJs. Called later and ordered their top model hot tub paid in full. We were quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery. Called back after 10 weeks of not hearing anything from them and told they had to find our order. They said that they would call us back. We called back multiple times before they answered the phone after again not hearing from them and we’re told 3 more weeks. RecommendedBought a Camp Chef pellet grill a week or so ago, loving it. Staff was very helpful and informative. Was able to get in and out with what I needed! Have been making some delicious food. Would recommend 10 times over. Thank you guys
Bought an igniter first furnace from them. It didn’t work and ended up having to call emergency HVAC company on a weekend as we have 3 small kids in house and couldn’t go without heat. After paying for all this djs HVAC would not refund the faulty igniter. Man on phone was also very rude. Would not recommend the HVAC department.
You could show up on time and not charge $300 for an $80 part! $220 to install a part -- which only took 10 minutes since the fireplace was already disassembled for the clean and check? I was GUARANTEED it was ''the lowest in town'' and they would not match the ACTUAL lowest price I found later. Price gaugers and uncooperative management with the issue. Stay away from DJ's!
Bought a brand new furnace from DJ’s and it didn’t work right from the start. DJ’s was unwilling to replace it or service it in a timely manner. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend!
Highly recommend!! We called to get an estimate for a new furnace, air conditioner, air purifier and water heater - the estimate was done right away and scheduling when we wanted it. The workers were amazing - all our work was complete in less than an 8 hour shift. You would have never known they were here as they cleaned up all the mess of the day - highly recommend !!!!
