Had an inspection done by thus company. Missed some obvious major issues. Like 2 dummy return vents above my washer and dryer. No reason to have 1 in the laundry room let alone two 3 Inches from eachother. Seller cut holes in ceiling because the shower above was leaking down and I assume they wanted to find leak. It was never repaired by seller or reported on the home inspection,so.they didn't see this or the water leaking. Along with a couple other things like the bathtub stopper.
