Let me tell you something… DON’T LOOK ANY FURTHER! YOU'VE FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful these people were to us during a very difficult time. These people are amazing from start to end. My house flooded this year with the rains in August. DJK came in and evaluated my situation. I needed asbestos and mold remediation. They found space for me on their schedule. That was amazing to me! Everyone was terrific to work with, from the people in the office (shout out to Vanessa and Alyssa), as well as the people in the field. DJK Environmental did an outstanding job at my home removing asbestos containing material. Their crew arrived on time each day and kept me up to date on the schedule during the whole project. I had asbestos containing material mechanically removed from my basement floor and kitchen and when I did the final walk through I was shocked at just how good everything looked. The only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1 is Alyssa in the office. Everyone else has terrible communication ability. First they entered the wrong house and instead of calling me and asking if the address was correct, they called and told me I needed to reschedule the appt. After the COPS escorted them to my house they got to work but it wasn’t done in 1 day like the manager told me when they arrived on site.
