We spent almost $ 1,900.00 (the price for a new condenser)for less than 10 days of comfort. The main problem wasn’t solved and they want to charge us again to come back to fix the same issue. It took them 10 days after our complaint to quote a price for a new system. Our friend talked to them on our behalf and they said they will come by to fix it but instead of doing that they offered to reduce the labor for the new system. They never quoted a price before working on the problem, so beware, we lost trust with the company
