DJ Staniforth | Electrical and Air Conditioning Specialists, helped us out of a black hole we were left in by Aircon Solutions, who charges us over $7,500 for a totally new Daikin split system. Then used significant parts of the old installation unbeknown to us. It failed within weeks and Aircon Solutions did not respond to over twenty requests for assistance by phone, email or text. We have been working with DJ Staniforth for a few months to fix our ducted heater/split system aircon unit. Unfortunately it needed a few parts to get it going. DJ Staniforth, especially Vanessa at reception, and Ben the technician, were excellent. They were very responsive to emails, communicated part deliveries and technician visits well, were accomodating with service calls, and their technician skills fixed the issue in the end. Thank you.
