Amazing guy Jorgen was caring and knowledgeable about the product. I felt like he cared about me and the product works amazingly.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for Jorge Post, CFO at Dr. Lew Schon's office at Mercy Hospital in Baltimore. Jorge went above and beyond to ensure I was properly fitted with a new brace and had my orthotics repaired—just one week after receiving care at another hospital. His level of attention, professionalism, and genuine care was simply incredible. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for his help. Truly a first-class experience from someone who clearly takes pride in patient service.
Today was not a good day for the receptionists at front desk. She did not have good customer service etiquette. I arrived at 12:15 ish, they were at lunch and I was told to come back. When I returned in about 20 minutes she was just nasty. These young people today in customer service is not like they use too. I am going to just stay prayer up. The Dr said my Mom needed some compression socks so I reached out to D&J because they have helped us in the past and sure enough they had what she needed and made everything easy again. Thanks to all the staff for all of your help.
