I went to this jeweler because of the good reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the staff were rude and dismissive. I was promised my pieces would be ready in 5 days, but instead it took over a month. When I asked about the delay, I was given nothing but excuses and somehow they even tried to blame me for their lack of follow-through. I’ve sent two of my watches in for repair. One for water damage and the other for a battery replacement. Each watch was sent in on a different day. When I received the first watch back, there was debris under the crystal and mineral deposits on the hour and minute hands. The Second Watch was returned with what seemed to be shavings from the dial. The second watch also had debris under the crystal. Horrible workmanship!

DJ Jewelry came highly recommended. They were a pleasure to work with, and do quality work, on the spot, at reasonable prices. It is really hard to find someone trustworthy these days who won’t rip you off. Robin does wonderful work.
