Very knowledgeable and personable 10/10
This office seems highly unprofessional. The first appointment I had was supposed to be an exam/consultation and cleaning, the receptionist decided to only put an exam down. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and expected to wait at least those 15 minutes and an extra 15 minimum. I sat in the waiting room for an hour. I asked the receptionist if the doctor is even here and she said he’s running late and it’ll be about 20 minutes, probably. So I sat back down and waited. Dr Edgerle did not show up to my filling appt and has been late to several previous appts. He is on his own time and does not respect anyone else’s time. He should retire already. Will never be back.
I am 54 years old and haven’t been to the dentist in 25 years because of fear. I had a bad experience back then and it has haunted me ever since. Because of my fear I neglected going to the dentist and now have a lot of much needed dental work . Dr. Edgerle literally just changed my life. Not only did he restore my faith in dentistry by providing me with a painless visit he gave me my smile back. I would recommend him to anybody especially those who fear the dentist.
