I had an 11:00 appointment for a simple estimate. . No one came ... no one called. I called twice to get a eta, they said they would have someone contact me ASAP. No one ever called. Poor service. Poor business representation.

I had a client that needed to have a fire damaged repaired and they came through house sold!
I was needing fence repair, someone came to my home at a different scheduled time took pictures and I have not heard anything back, I called several times and I was told someone dropped the ball and she would call me back less than 30 minutes...time pass no call, I called again, same lady answered the phone then said she would call me back in 10 minutes..again time passed, no call. So thank you D&J Development for not responding, dont seem like you can do the job....moving on.
D&J repaired my hardwood floor and I am very pleased. The repair which involved removing and replacing several water damaged planks had been attempted by someone else, but I was not at all satisfied with the result. The D&J technician was prompt, professional and did a stellar job, I could not be more happy.
