Blue AC did an excellent job of getting my Carrier AC backup & running after a power surge at my residence disabled it.......Chris responded quickly, was easy to communicate with & corrected the problem within an hour of arriving.......using Blue AC turned out to be a very good experience
Got to school for 2 open houses with parents and ac and thermostat don’t work. I texted a HELP to Noah and he has someone coming right now. I love this company and their willingness to help in any way possible. This is why we are customers of theirs!!! They are the BEST! Got to work for a big day and our AC and thermostat were out dead. I had a quote from a reputable company but it seemed super high. I had Blue Airconditioning come out for a second opinion. They saved me $7,000 and I didn’t need a new unit after all. I was blown away by their honesty! Oscar, in particular -was awesome!! Excellent job!!!!
We called many companies when our air went out. None of them would help troubleshoot over the phone to prevent two visits and a reschedule. This company had great customer service and came out with a motor and parts. Chris was amazing and got us back up and running in no time. We highly recommend Blue. FYI we live about 40 minutes from the city and they still gave us 100% support.
