We had both our main unit and our mini split both go down at the same time. It was 100 degrees plus outside and needless to say my wife was HOT. We called Blue air and Donnie showed up way sooner than expected and after a trip to the 150 degree attic and a few trips onto the roof where the AC units are located we are back in business and the house is cool again. We had a great experience with Blue Air Conditioning today. Noel came out to take a look at our new home and AC system, and he went above and beyond. Not only did he identify a few issues, but he also took the time to rewire the system so we are now getting much better airflow upstairs. He cleaned out our filters, walked us through what he was doing, and gave us helpful recommendations on how to keep our house cool and running efficiently. All of the staff here are outstanding, from great service on the phone and repair technicians that come out. We had Noel today, who was very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining any potential issues.
