It smells so bad from cigarettes I simply turned around and walked out!
I’ve patronized Murphy’s Liquors a few times and always found what I needed at a competitive price. Service has always been pleasant. Today I walked in to exchange a bottle I’d bought as a gift and had the pleasure of speaking with Billy, the owner. Not only was he a complete gentleman about the exchange, but he offered to replace what I’d purchased for a pricier bottle at no extra cost. Great customer service is the way you earn and keep customers. Thanks, Billy! I’ll be back.
