I went to Dizon urgent Care at Copper today. The front desk staff is so awesome! They helped us through it all. It's honestly the most welcoming, compassionate place I have ever been. I was in extreme pain and they got me right in. Everyone there was so helpful. It made my pain bearable. Kassandra, Christina, Alexis, Carlos, Yami and Xavier they made the process quick. Quick service and really nice people! Definitely recommend.
Waited over three hours to be seen. We would check in with the staff every 30 minutes for an update. When asked when we would be seen we kept being told there was one patient ahead of us. There appeared to be only one provider available for urgent care clinic. For time reportedly spent with each patient, the same amount was not provided during our contact. Provider spent three minutes with us.
