Last Sunday I had a very good experience at this Urgent Care. Everyone was very helpful, starting with the 3 office clerks. It was a short wait although there were a few others also waiting. I saw the MA first, then PA Teresa came in to assess my issues. She was so kind and patient. She reported to Dr. Dizon, and he returned with her. My issue was addressed and taken care of promptly on the spot. I was put at ease and I’m so grateful for the excellent care provided. I think they knew I was nervous and a bit scared.
Our appointment was handled by Nurse Practitioner Loera Janette. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe being seen by an inexperienced provider, so I specifically requested to see a medical doctor (MD). Unfortunately, I was informed that no MD was available at the time. I am not sure how this urgent care operates, but please put patient health and safety as top priority by hiring qualified providers.
Dr. Dizon was patient and listened to all my pain complaints. He was hands on and pin pointed where my pain was coming from. I will definitely be back when I have another medical issue and can’t get in to see my primary doctor. In my opinion I was given great medical care. Josh the front office person was nice and patient. He was a very attentive to my concerns as well.
I am a healthcare provider myself and lead the office so I am in tune with how other office’s customer service skills and efficiencies are. Dr. Dizon himself was working the weekend and the front desk team member was knowledgeable in front office and back office duties, which are essential when the Dr relies on the team members. I had a good experience starting from the call center 2 weeks ago, the reminder texts, and to the appointment itself. Keep up the good work! And congratulations on the copper and maple location
