This company was amazing when they first started but once they expanded to more locations they lost all value. They became another basic threading service with a constant turnover and awful service. Their girls vary from amateurs to pro and even when you make an appointment you can expect to wait. Today I made an appointment at 1pm, showed up on time to find the artist I booked with wasn't even there and the artist who was seated a walk in client before me.
