Totally unprofessional they quote you one price and charge you another. Whoever this Matt is , he claims to be the owner is totally lacking any kind of professional character, unable to communicate with him as he has to scream back at you. When you explain why you feel you’ve been charged wrong he hangs up on you.
As a veterinarian, I would NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR DOG HERE! I have previously taken my dog here before for a full groom. She is geriatric and has a double coat, and I know they offer services catering her needs and fully aware that theres cost for that. It came out to be $150, as anticipated, for bath, cut, tummy shave, paw trim, nail trim, and blow dry. First of all, we are sorry you were unhappy with the service you were provided. Your statement is correct, the website does specify that a dog “75lbs+ is $60-80+ depending on size, coat, temperament, etc.”. As we’ve expressed to you many times, those prices are based on a short-haired dog. The price goes up from there, in your case, as weight and coat increase. We have a 10 yr old St. Bernard who's kinda stubborn and desperately needed a haircut, bath, nails, the whole thing. They were so patient with her. It might have taken quite a few hours of her being there, but they got the job done and she is so much more comfortable. I sincerely appreciate their patience and determination in making sure she's a happy girl.
Gina was great with our dog Meeko! We have been to 4 or 5 other places and this was by far the best she has looked when getting picked up. So glad to have found Gina! 🐶
Cancelled my membership today after 3 years. The facility cleanliness and customer service have declined over the years. Today was the last straw - the third time over the course of three months when they have been out out hot water. What’s the point in paying for something you can’t use? Had to go somewhere else to pay for a hot bath. The lady who cancelled the membership was very unapologetic and annoyed that I would expect to come in and have hot water to bathe the dogs. 👎🏼
Reasonably priced for self serve and drop off services. Clean place with friendly staff.
They do a great job with my Senior dog even when he can be temperamental! I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Columbus area! I am lucky to have found them
