Just discovered DIY Pet Grooms yesterday and took both our dogs there for a self-serve bath. The facility was easy to access and clean. The staff was exceptional with helping us "learn the ropes" of how to use the bathing facility and dryers. They even helped us lift our dogs into the tub and secure them safely. Will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others!
First trip in today and it won't be our last. Wonderful experience! So much easier than bathing my large dog, that hates baths, at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also did a great job trimming our dog's nails.
I have the monthly membership for both of my dogs who are Dobermans and are not fans of baths. This is so great because everything you need is right there. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me how to work everything my first visit and answered all my questions. They had Santa in yesterday for pictures which was so nice. I can't say enough of about it. Absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much!
We had a great experience. I used the self serve bath and dryer. They had a nice selection of shampoos and conditioners even doggie cologne. The staff was really friendly and attentive. I will definitely be bringing Sam back in the future.
I love DIY PET GROOMS. Every since moving to Westerville they have made the transition really well from Chewie going to the same groomer d or 3 years. He looks awesome every time!
One of a kind Doggy salon. Wants to franchise this idea so let Dawn know if you have any ideas for improvement or suggestions
I used their facility for the first time, a couple weeks ago, and had a wonderful experience. I will be returning for all of my dog's nail trimmings and baths. Much more reasonable than our vet for the nails.
This place is awesome! Very helpful staff and so much fun.
