This office is excellent. My son actual enjoys his dental visits. The staff is always great and puts him at ease where he could just sit back and open wide without a fuss. He is also excited to choose his "reward" for his usual good reports on his teeth. I highly recommend this office to anyone. Even after moving from Hillcrest to Chula Vista, we would never change our dentist. Well worth the drive.
My daughter is 2 years old and needed to get sedated to fix fillings. I was concerned about the procedure, but both the anesthesiologist and Dr. Stephanie made us feel at ease. My daughter ended up doing great, doesn't remember the procedure, and her teeth look beautiful. She was a little groggy afterwards, but was back to her usual self after a couple of hours. I went to Dr. Dixon when I was little, and I'm happy to bring my daughter here to their family practice. They definitely have not lost their touch with children.
Everyone is friendly with kids and they provide great service . My kids love going there .
Awesome!!! Our toddler broke his front tooth, and Dr Eric Dixon responded personally within minutes after leaving a message --- Friday night at 10 pm --- and sent pictures for a first opinion over the phone and an appointment in the morning. It turned out the tooth had to be removed, unfortunately. As undesirable as this procedure is for a small child and his parents, Dr Eric Dixon managed to extract the tooth in the best possible and least painful way. Awesome staff - so kind with the kids and explain everything they are doing in kid-friendly terms. Dr. Stephanie is terrific! Kids actually enjoy going to the dentist's office b/c they make it so fun.
