They did an excellent job! I would recommend them to any one who is in need of honest, professional people. They answered all of my questions and made appropriate suggestions as how to resolve my issues. They are awesome!
The service I received from Dixon Mechanical was wonderful. Dale and his son were very professional and personable. I am very happy with their promptness and willing to work with me when I was available, not what was convenient for them. I am positive I will use their services again.

Dixon Mechanical spent a large amount of time trying to fix my water heater, only to discover it needed to be replaced. They acted as the go-between with myself and the manufacturer and got my heater replaced for no cost even though the warranty had run out shortly before. they would not even accept payment for service call. Would highly recommend!
Was just installed yesterday - so far so good.
Top Notch Service! Exceeded all my expectations! Will definately use this company again in the future.
