DKM does a great job on their homes and treat their customers like family. For them, nothing is more important than an excellent house and a happy homeowner. They are one of the best builders in NW Florida.
Dixon Kazek Morrison are the best home builders I ever heard of or had dealings with. They and their subs are fine people and treated the house as if they and their family will be living in it. No detail is too small, no idea can't be executed. They work hard and meet their commitments, they are honest, professional and easy to work with. I hope my own children will one day be able to work with such fine builders to build their dream homes.
These are quality builders who are honest and highly reliable. They built our existing home in Miramar Beach several years ago and then a few years ago we asked them to add a cabana with outdoor kitchen, dining area and living area; a 20' x 40' pool and a guest house. They continue to provide us with assistance when we have upkeep issues, that all aging homes have. We couldn't be more pleased with them and with our project. We highly recommend this business!
