EXCELLENT INPROVMENT
No customer service. No one seems to care. I have been told, "Someone will call you back, email the form.. never happens. Usually takes me three tries to get anything done. They will tell you to fax.... don't do it. This a black hole for paper work. I do not believe anyone checks the fax or if they do it gets dropped into a general inbox that No One checks!
