I needed a consultation for a crown on an implant. I told the doctor what I wanted. His response was "we don't work that way", and provided no alternative. His response was the same for all my suggestions and he never told me if he could make a crown or not. This was a complete waste of time. this so called doctor was so full of himself that I couldn't get any info out of him at all. what a dick.
I was terrified of dentists… Let my teeth go way too long without having something done… Finally my husband talked me into getting them fixed. I scheduled to go on the 16th of November 2022. I had 12 top teeth extracted and a premium set of dentures. The staff was amazing, as was my dentist. I can’t tell you what a blessing it was to walk out the same day with a beautiful smile! Sorry excuse for a dental practice. One of the teeth on my wife’s partial came off. I have tried calling their practice 24 times. Busy signal every time. They take the phone off the hook as soon as the practice opens. I don’t know how they expect someone to call to make an appointment, or if they have and emergency. If we ran the hospital where I work like that we would be shut down. I recommend not going to this dental practice.
Had my elderly mother-in-law in the hot sun 93° all day we got here at 7:30 sat in the hot car till 1030 she returned to the hot car at 11:30 I was able to get her something to eat bring her back set 93° weather until after 330. I guess it’s better than a heat stroke then Covid
this dental office is excellent and patient and kind. everyone, including the dentists, the assistants, check in staff....AAA+++ i recommend this group of amazing people to anyone and everyone, period.
