We had a fairly large landscaping project that we wanted to complete. Despite initial timely visits to our house to scale and help design the project, there has been zero follow-through. It took us calling them twice to get any updates and were told each time the designs and estimate would be ready within a week. It has now been over a month since we initiated contact and three weeks since the last time we were told an estimate would be ready in days. this company is terrible at cleaning up their mess not only on a daily basis but also when the project is done. I have had to clean their mess up 5 times and I'm not even a customer.
Recommendedvery helpful and very nice. they have a lot of nice stuff, especially a pair of chairs that are attached to a table with a place for an umbrella. really cool.
One of their employees ran a landscaping scam on us. Called store and spoke to manager who said she’d be out the next day to look over the work and set things right. She then called the next day and said they weren’t going to fix anything. They owed us rock (which I paid their employee for who said he had an account there and did work all the time on the side) which they brought but it was the wrong size and the driver said he’d be back in a few days to deliver. WARNING - this is going to be a HUGE RANT regarding Dixie Yardworks! On April 8th we stopped at Dixie Yardworks in the hopes of contracting work involving rock around the pool, deck and pergola. While looking at the different rock, an employee, Jacob Parchman, came up to us and asked us if we needed help - which I replied yes and went over what kinds of rock we needed as well as someone to do the work. Terribly disappointed with what we spent hard earned money on. Doubly disappointed in the terrible customer service. Do not spend your money on their "conditioned" dirt. They confidently tell customers this dirt has no rocks, roots, grass, etc. Ours is full of grass, weeds, and rock. Go elsewhere and spend less $. Oh yeah, their delivery driver was terrible as well. In a wide open yard he missed the dump site by over 20'.
We recently visited Dixie Yard works as we were planning to landscape the front of our house. I have nothing but good things to say about the service we received. Everyone was so helpful during this entire process. The flowers, shrubs, trees, and rocks purchased look amazing! I highly recommend Dixie Yard works for all your landscaping and yard needs!

We love DYW! We have been customers for a few years now and always use DYW for our yard needs. We were able to get it delivered to our house too during this time. Their customer service is outstanding...from their delivery driver to the office staff. I love the metal yard art they carry and the young lady (wished I would’ve gotten her name!)
