I was heading to work today in Eldorado ar and was driving on 167 south. I was traveling the speed limit for the area and had a green light when a wrecker from this company had another 18 wheeler in tow. The driver didn't even come to a complete stop pulling out of the gas station ( T-ricks) and completely cut me off where I had to practically lock my brakes. Best towing company around. The customer service was polite, they even helped me figure out my best option with my vehicle. Their hospitality was excellent while I waited for my truck. They even recommended, and called for me, a person who could fix it at the best price. Their prices were exceptional and if they can help you in anyway, I know first hand, they will.
Thank you Dixie Towing!! Our son is a student at Tech and his car would not start. Dixie Towing was great! Misty was so kind and understanding of how hard it is on parents to be in another state when your son's car won't start. She worked around his school and work schedule and picked the car up after hours when he could be there. Thank you so much! Five stars from us!!
