My daughter went in to get tested for influenza today 3/1/24 the nurse was extremely RUDE told her she didn’t look sick enough. When she tested her for influenza she barely put the swab in her nose then told her she JUST had allergies.
Place is a joke, the staff is more respectful than the actual therapist. Why be in a job that you hate? They always act like they are annoyed. Very rude when someone is going through a life and death situation and you just roll your eyes and tell me that “ I ain’t got all day” Very unprofessional glade that my tuition is paid for so they won’t get a dime from my actual pocket. Came here for an employment physical and when the blood pressure machine came back with super high results TWICE I thought I was going to lose my job. But my medical professional Staci Steed dug out an old school measuring tool and did it by hand and my levels were much lower. Turns out the machine likely didn't fit my arm. Staci Steed saved my butt AND my job by being thorough. Thank you!
