My experience with Great American RV was absolutely unacceptable from beginning to end. If I could give zero stars, I would. During negotiations, the sales associate, Mark Martin, actually told me “I have real customers I need to work with.” Hearing that from the person who’s supposed to be helping me was beyond disrespectful. We have dealt with several RV dealerships in our area. Some are locally owned in some national chains. WITHOUT A DOUBT, this is one of the most customer service oriented, and comprehensive RV dealerships we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Been watching the Heartland Torque for a couple of weeks. Called and drove from Gonzales today to look at it. They need to clean their campers before they advertise them. This one was dirty had scratches all over it the salesman tried telling me oh that will buff out NOT the scratches are down to metal. Mark Martin was the salesman, and he showed me several Jayco campers that he thought I would be interested in. I had a particular Jayco in mind, and so he didn't waste my time, which I appreciate. I did find the Jayco camper that I want when I am ready to buy. I would recommend Great American RV. Our camper was not three months old, and it had a leak. We brought it back to Great American for service. They had it for three months and one day. They had to repair the leak and change out all the floors. Then, the front air condi... read more
