Needed a thermostat for suburban sw12de l. Went in yall store in breaux bridge and asked the ladys at the desk for help so they called some guy from the back. When i told him what i was looking for he said he dont know what im taking about so i asked for there arrow parts book and showed him what i needed and with out loooking to see if yall had part in stock he told me yall were out of stock on a common part thay goes bad on a water heater electric side. Happy with our purchase. *Update 05/27/2019.. Our RV had issues with the battery and front power jack, that called for their replacement on a Friday before Memorial day weekend...Dixie RV went the extra mile and actually sent a technician our to our storage facility after hours to replace the components in the field...wow...great service to start with, and going above and beyond was unbelievable. Dixie RV is awesome, highly recommend them for your RV sales and service needs.

Update 7/36/25, biggest mistake of my life. Service after the sale is extremely difficult. Sales guy was amazing but he is only sales. Trailer continues to have issues with no response or assistance from the dealer. I had a great experience getting my first RV. Mark Martin took the time to explain things I had questions about and was patient with me. A tech walked through the RV with me and showed me how everything worked and answered any questions I had.
