We had to bring our brand new camper (2 days old) back in for repairs due to a manufacturer issue. Bri was amazing and kept us informed every single week. I will be honest in that the amount of time it took far exceeded our expectations but Bri helped soothe frustrations as we know this was not her fault. I do feel that we should have been offered some kind of compensation however due to the extended amount of time it took. Several months being without our camper was very frustrating.
Overall great experience. We didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase. Very knowledgeable team!
