Perfect experience
The service department is horrible!! No communication, only time we got any answers (which really were not answers) was when I reached out to ask what was the status. Have had issues from day 1, roof had to be replaced and then we had a leak due to faulty work that was done and they failed to fix the issue. Not able to get insurance to cover because it was faulty work done. $5000 worth of damage not being covered!! Great sales team when you ready to spend money, but horrible service team when they need to spend some money!! ... read more
Absolutely steer clear of this establishment. Even if you must purchase a camper from here, do not allow them to perform maintenance and repairs. Technicians are incompetent and have no business working on campers. For the past four years, I have allowed them to maintain a fifth wheel I purchased, and it was always a constant battle of having to hold their hands in troubleshooting and repairs. On average my camper would sit at the dealership for 4 months a year, waiting on minor repairs and the final straw was this year.Stay... read more
