Unfortunately, this has been a poor experience from day one. We purchased a used 2026 camper that was supposedly only four months old, yet we were told there was no warranty coverage because it was used. In my experience purchasing used campers, that has never been the case. When the middle A/C unit stopped cooling, Great American RV attempted a repair. Bought a new Class A diesel motor coach from these folks, and had a great experience. From the beginning of the sales cycle, straight through to delivery, the experience was easy and smooth, with no surprises. Everyone was great from the folks at the front door, to my concierge, to the Tech Tour and Finance teams. Superb service; this is my go-to dealer.
An unfortunate incident of a shattered window tuned into a wonderful experience! Alisha and team were on top of getting the parts ordered and Angie scheduled an appointment as a waiter. I was well informed of how long it would take for parts to come in and pricing. Angie also gave me tips on how to weather proof the opening. I thought it would have been a whole day deal but the tech had it done in a few hours!
Josh and justin were great.we found the unit we wanted.met in middle on price great experience.Jordan closed our deal with only one hiccup.Our deal included an rv club membership. We already had a membership and was promptly reimbursed.I would highly recommend great american rv in breaux bridge to anyone.
