HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Chelsea and David in the service department are horrible at their jobs and do not do right by their customers. My mom's travel trailer has been there for 5 weeks with nothing done on it. Our experience with Great American has completely destroyed what should have been an exciting RV lifestyle.
