To start very nice people work there but as for service it is horrible. Been waiting 3 weeks for my $400 pair of glasses and can’t even get a return call. Now I have to drive up there just to see what is going on. Please if you need your eyewear in a timely and professional manner go somewhere else. New !! Just went up there and there’s a sign on the door that says closed until further notice. Looks like it is lawyer time.
Honestly the people are nice and all but it ends there. They are extremely hard to get in touch with and their hours are horrible. I mean closing at 4pm during the week? No Saturday? I mean my daughter doesn't get out of school until 15:30 or off the bus until 16:00
Closed, with no warning or refund
Paid for glasses and exam in November , still have no glasses. No communication. Phones are off. We ran our insurance so we can't go anywhere else using our insurance. A refund would be GREAT.
Ordered glasses a month ago, told it would only be two weeks. They're "on back order" I was told. Now they have their phone disconnected and I'm out 200 dollars. What is going on and where are my glasses? I used you guys a year ago and had great business. Now I'm just another person on a growing list of people who were lied to.
