Went today for lunch. Yellow tail snapper and grouper with the best red beans and rice we've ever had. Our server,Junior was awesome! Our view,drinks and of course the key lime pie were Amazing as well.
We love Dixie fish! Hands down one of our most favorite places for good consistent food in a comfortable environment. The new chef has been creating some out of this world dinner specials. The BLTAE with shrimp or the shrimp burger are garaunteed go to s.
If you're looking for a casual atmosphere that serves great seafood and good drinks, this is absolutely the place for you. Their menu has just the right # of choices for just about anyone whether you're looking for a full meal or lighter fare. I highly recommend the Yucatan shrimp tacos. They were very flavorful. Hubby and I had dinner here last month. Excellent food, drink, service, and live music, sitting in the open air watching the bay and the pelicans and ibis. I had that day's special, the Yellowtail fish. I loved it. Their cole slaw is very good, too (not mayonnaisy), as was the mixed veggies. I ordered the tropical drink special; it was very delightful, too! We'll be back.
We love Dixie Fish Co. The oysters are big and juicy and yummy.
