Had an amazing time last night. The food was fabulous. The specials were out of this world. No complaints.. The chef is amazing.
Well I knew it would happen eventually down here in Southwest Florida, as there is always a bar owner that only gives a shit about themselves. The Dixie Fish Company in Fort Myers decided that it would be a good idea to call us musicians that are supposed to be there this month... and i was supposed to be there tonight... That they were going to cancel Entertainment on Mondays and Tuesdays for the month of December. Of course they don't feel they owe me anything on my contract for being booked there tonight. Yes, another winner from the Doc Fords group! Hogfish was great! Collard greens were wonderful. Atmosphere is awesome! Right on the water, open air.....just what a joint at the beach should be. Will make this our Friday nite hang out!
