Excellent ,fast , and courteous
Power in my house went out and no one at DEMCO had any idea what was going on. No one at their company even knew that there was a power outage. Called and the representative was rude and refused to help then hung up on me. I can't imagine a worse power company.
I want to say that I have always had good dealings with Demco but they went above and beyond for me yesterday! I requested the power line which runs to my home tk be disconnected so my husband could cut back a tree which was growing around the line and I did not want to damage it. Demco communicated with me and scheduled a time to disconnect and reconnect the lines. Jacob and Travas arrived to disconnect the line and determined that they could save an additional trip out to reconnect the line (and would take the same time fr... read more
Excellent service
Every storm, every small little rain shower the power goes out. It's ridiculous that this small area I live at continues to lose power everytime, can demco not upgrade the lines, transformers or whatever needs be to fix a repeating issue.
