I can't say enough good things about Dixie Door and Danny who came out to fix our garage door. Precision came out a few days before and tried to charge us 5x more because they said they had to replace a bunch of things that weren't broken. Danny from Dixie came out and fixed everything in 30 minutes and it was extremely reasonably priced. He changed our light bulbs and greased up a few things and knocked some things back into alignment as well... all things he probably didn't have to do.
