I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. I rented a Harley Rake for my skid steer and while I was doing work had a complete hydraulic failure on my skid steer. The rake was due back the next day and due to the hydraulic coupling on my machine I couldnt remove the rake. I had to take the machine and rake to the dealer, have them fix the issue and return the rake 8 days later. It was a scheduling nightmare. Purchased an old (1995) Fleetwood Bounder Diesel that only had 49,000 miles on it, but had been sitting in a back yard, unattended, for 5 years. Nothing worked, main and auxiliary batteries were ruined, and "critters" had crawled into wiring and borrowed entire wiring harness components to make comfy nests for themselves. It was a completely inoperable 34 foot blob of fiberglass, steel and aluminum. Had it towed to Dixie Diesel, (boy, am I in the wrong business!) let them know I was not in any hurry.
