Great owners, good folks that work there with great food and best priced fillet in Jackson. Brandi is a fabulous server and always does a good job. Been eating there for years and lunch menu is great as well for plate lunches, burgers, and such, highly recommended.
My bff and I ate here last night, the filet mignon was so delicious and very tender,my bff really liked her ribeye too! The warm banana pudding was awesome!! The service was excellent! We will definitely be regular patrons!! One more thing,the manager, Mark Hudgens,was very nice and welcoming. He cuts the steaks himself and does a an excellent job at the grill! I will definitely be recommending Dixie to all my friends and family!!
Since when to waitresses get to wear booty shorts to wait tables. Her apron was longer than her shorts. Sent food back. Grilled pork chop smothered in Dales seasoning that it was all you tasted and Dales is full of salt. Cooked me another and didn't add dales as he grilled it but still to much for my liking. Brought 2/3 home. Maybe my child will eat it. I've been eating here for years and years and people had said it changed but didn't think it would have been this bad.
We wanted something for lunch far from all the chain restaurants. It was a great plate. I got the Wednesday special and Ron got the hamburger steak. Delicious. Good service too!
I love Dixie Castle and all the staff . The steaks are so delicious and cooked just right , not to mention the pork chops are a hot item as well . Will be back very often .....
