I love Dixie Bones it's the one restaurant I take all of my out of town visitors to eat. The food reminds me of my GA upbringing. Lord a mercy them collard greens and Mac and cheese make you wanna smack somebody they're so good. Great food all around. Best BBQ joint in the DMV.

Grrrrrrrrreat! (That's my highest rating.) I've been visiting Dixie Bones for over ten years. I've never had a bad meal there. I can only tell you about the rack of ribs and the chicken, because I haven't been able to get past one or both whenever I order. The sides are vintage Southern cooking. I rotate them so I can enjoy them all. I always get the Dixie chips.
Great place to eat! We've been going there for years.
