Under new ownership, all apartments are undergoing complete renovations. 4 units have been updated; these exemplify the high quality of the improvements. The property has undergone significant revitalization. It's small community offers a desirable living environment with convenient access to amenities.
Horrible apartment maintenance. Terrible staff. Do not move here. This place is a money pit.
This apartment is not for rent. The manager of the property posted this apartment a week ago and when I called them they told me that the apartment is NOT available and that I should call back in 2-3 months. If the apartments are all filled and there are no vacancies then take down the post instead of posting it in every rent site I see. If it’s not available do not post that it is!
No maintenance, drug use, constant theft, abuse of the tenants. Mold, vehicular vandalism. Slum!!
