Horrible, Ghastly Place I was just at this "dental clinic" last week. The waiting room is crowded and cold. The staff....oh the staff! I came across one polite young woman. I had conversations with many others and witnessed their interactions with other patients. As I said, all but one member of the staff was extremely rude. They gave short snippy answers to patients asking questions. Not disappointing. VERY disappointing My experience started out great. I was pleased with both dentists who worked on me. Some time after, I received a letter saying I owed them money for one of my visits. I had paid cash (I didnt have insurance at the time) in full for each visit before I left the office. I called to let them know they had made a mistake. The lady in charge of billing wasnt helpful or polite.
