My initial experience was positive - I had contracted with them to provide me a new roof + roof extension as part of a home renovation project and paid for the entirety of the project. Unfortunetly my experience then turned sour quickly. We ran into issues with the home renovation and when we were ready to restart and complete the roof extension work there was a whole other team at Division 7 who refused to honor my prior payment (even though proof of payment was provided). Had a couple of guys in Tewksbury just now speed into a busy gas station parking lot and drive behind me as I was already backing out and showed zero regard for anybody but themselves, then honked at me as I was pulling away and tried to approach me. I would never recommend doing business with this company EVER.

Great job! New roof and I could not be happier!! The nicest guys plus they were so efficient. Highly recommend. Won’t need them for awhile, since they did such a great job!

Needed some immediate repairs and these guys came out next day to get it done! Definitely my go to guys from now on.
