What a team effort! They were with us the whole way battling insurance. 18 months after derecho we finally got approved for our roof, another year after that we got siding replaced for half our home inspite having elite coverage. The office staff was welcoming, encouraging and assisted with any questions we had. Heck the owner called us one day when he was about to board an airplane. Once the ball rolled things went fast! Never used this company for anything. Just wanted to comment on my experience of seeing a driver of one of your trucks. I was driving on I 380 from cedar rapids to iowa city around 4pm on last Thursday, September 19th. I was behind a truck that was swerving all over and when I was finally in a safe place to pass I witnessed the drover with his cell phone up and taking his attention and he appeared to barely be paying attention to the 70 mph traffic he was driving in. Best experience! The company has grown with some amazing employees who all worked as a team and helped me every step of the way. The office women they have were wonderful and very knowledgeable! I am so please with my home now!!!!
